About HolderOS
HolderOS is a crypto holder intelligence platform built for the teams responsible for managing token projects — not traders, not funds, not analysts. The operators: the people who handle investor relations, manage market makers, prepare board updates, and need to know what's happening with their holders before it shows up in a price chart.
Why we built this
Token project teams have two problems. The first is that most of the on-chain analytics tools available were built for traders, not operators. They show what happened — price, volume, wallet activity — but not what's about to happen to a specific holder set a project actually knows and cares about.
The second problem is that the alternative — managing holder behavior with spreadsheets, manual Etherscan checks, and Discord DMs — doesn't scale past the first 50 holders. Most teams give up and stop tracking holder behavior at all, then find out about concentrated selling from their chart.
HolderOS exists to fill the gap: a platform that turns a list of holder wallets into continuous, automated risk intelligence with the contextual layer (investor names, notes, categories) that project teams actually maintain.
What we build
HolderOS is a SaaS platform. You connect your token, upload your holder list (investors, team, treasury, market makers, exchanges), and the platform monitors on-chain behavior continuously. The core outputs are:

- →A CRM layer for tracking contact history, lockup terms, and investor notes.
Who uses HolderOS
Our users are token project teams — typically the founders, COOs, investor relations leads, or community managers responsible for managing a token's holder ecosystem. They operate on Solana, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, and BNB Chain.
Common use cases include: monitoring early investor behavior around vesting cliffs, managing market maker relationships, preparing investor updates with real behavioral data, proactively reaching out to key holders before distribution events, and tracking airdrop recipient behavior to understand retention.
Our approach
We believe good holder intelligence should be observable (derived from on-chain data, not speculation), explainable (every score includes the specific signals driving it), and actionable (the output should inform a concrete next step, not just confirm a concern).
