Verify a HolderOS Team Member

Protect yourself from impersonation. Select the channel through which you were contacted and enter the exact account information to confirm whether it belongs to an authorized HolderOS representative.

HolderOS representatives will never ask for your password, authentication codes, private keys, seed phrase, or direct wallet access.

Stay Safe From Impersonators

  • Confirm the exact username or email address — a single changed character is enough to unmask an impersonator.
  • HolderOS will never request seed phrases, private keys, or direct wallet access.
  • Do not send funds based solely on a direct message, however convincing it looks.
  • Verify unexpected contact before continuing the conversation, especially if it involves payment or account access.
