Terms of Service | HolderOS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HolderOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using HolderOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use HolderOS.

2. Description of Service

HolderOS is a blockchain analytics platform that enables crypto project teams to monitor token holders, analyze wallet behavior, detect exchange-bound transfers, score sell risk, and receive holder intelligence reports. The Service queries publicly available on-chain data and presents it in a structured, actionable format.

3. Accounts & Access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You may not share accounts or transfer access to third parties
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HolderOS to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harass, stalk, or harm any individual or entity
Conduct market manipulation or engage in illegal trading activity
Scrape or extract data for redistribution without written permission
Attempt to circumvent platform security measures or rate limits
Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the platform
Use the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes

5. Not Investment Advice

HolderOS provides blockchain analytics and risk scoring for informational and operational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. Risk scores, alerts, and holder intelligence reports are analytical tools, not guarantees of future wallet behavior.

You should not make investment decisions based solely on HolderOS data. Always conduct your own due diligence. HolderOS is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

6. Data & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the holder data, labels, and notes you upload to HolderOS. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the Service.

All platform code, analytics algorithms, risk scoring models, UI design, and HolderOS branding are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Free plan features may be modified or removed at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolderOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from trading decisions, missed sell-pressure signals, or data inaccuracies.

Blockchain data is provided "as is" from third-party RPC providers and may not always be complete, accurate, or current. We do not guarantee the accuracy of on-chain data retrieved through the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, extended non-payment, or if required by law, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our platform evolves. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HolderOS operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where not permitted, in the courts of that jurisdiction.
