Crypto wallet relationship mapping

On-chain, tokens don't just sit still. They move between wallets, get split across sub-accounts, travel through intermediaries, and sometimes converge at exchange deposit addresses in ways that aren't visible from a simple holder list. The Wallet Flow Investigation in HolderOS traces these paths and maps the relationships between them.

What the relationship map shows you

Multi-hop exchange routes

Tokens often reach exchanges through one or two intermediary wallets. The graph traces these paths and shows confidence at each hop.

Entity clustering

Multiple wallets controlled by the same entity are linked via same-entity edges, so you can see the true concentrated position rather than counting wallets individually.

Sub-wallet inheritance

When a holder has split their position across sub-wallets, those wallets are shown as children of the parent — making the full position visible at a glance.

Unknown wallet identification

Unrecognized wallets in the flow can be flagged directly from the graph as exchange wallets or internal accounts, improving future detection.

Risk context per node

Each node in the graph shows the wallet's risk score, token balance, last activity, and exchange route status — all without leaving the visualization.

Path confidence scoring

Each detected path is scored as Confirmed, Likely, or Possible based on the quality of the on-chain evidence supporting it.

Why this matters for token projects

A holder list is a snapshot, not a picture of reality. Sophisticated investors routinely manage positions across multiple wallets, sometimes using hundreds of addresses to spread risk or obscure position size. Without relationship mapping, a project team sees many small holders where there is actually one large one.

The relationship map surfaces this reality. If three wallets all held by the same entity collectively represent 8% of supply, that concentration risk is invisible without entity-level analysis — but visible the moment you look at the flow graph.

Similarly, if a holder who received tokens six months ago is now routing them through two intermediary wallets toward a Binance deposit address, the path is detectable — even if each individual wallet looks inactive on its own.
