HolderOS Partner Agreement

Version 2026-07-27.v1 · Acceptance is required once before first use of the partner portal, and again if this agreement materially changes.

1. Promotion standards

No spam. Unsolicited bulk messaging, comment spam, and automated promotional posting are prohibited across all channels.
No misleading advertising. Descriptions of HolderOS must reflect what the product actually does; HolderOS surfaces behavioral signals and never guarantees predictions or outcomes.
No impersonation. Partners may not present themselves as HolderOS, its employees, or its official accounts.
No fabricated claims. Invented statistics, fake testimonials, fake reviews, and invented performance numbers are prohibited.
No trademark abuse. The HolderOS name and logo may be used only to truthfully describe the partnership; registering confusingly similar domains, handles, or product names is prohibited.
No bidding on HolderOS branded keywords ('HolderOS' and misspellings) in paid search or paid social campaigns.

Commission accrues only on successful subscription payments made by validly referred customers, at the rate shown in your partner dashboard.
Attribution is first-click within the published attribution window and is permanent once assigned.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and any scheme designed to route your own payments through a referral are prohibited and generate no commission.
Commissions from payments that are refunded, disputed, or charged back are reversed automatically — including after payout, in which case the amount is deducted from your balance.
Commissions identified as fraudulent may be rejected or reversed at HolderOS's discretion, with the reason recorded.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid manually. Approval and payment are subject to verification and may be declined where fraud is suspected.
You are responsible for providing a correct payout wallet and network, and for any taxes applicable to amounts you receive.

HolderOS may suspend or terminate a partnership at any time for violations of this agreement, suspected fraud, or conduct harmful to HolderOS or its customers.
HolderOS may update this agreement; material changes require re-acceptance before continued use of the partner portal.
The partner program provides marketing referrals only — it creates no employment, agency, or exclusive relationship.
